This notice explains what personal information ContinuityOS collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Who we are
ContinuityOS, South Africa, is the responsible party for information collected on this site. Contact us at info@continuityos.co.za.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email address, organisation and message, and, if you choose to give them, your website, timeline and budget range.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
We use contact form details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We keep enquiries for as long as needed for that conversation and our records, then delete them.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts the website and runs the contact form.
- Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
These providers may store data outside South Africa. The Work section can load live previews of other websites when you step into a portal; those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@continuityos.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
